Applicable to any old shaker, reverse air or woven fabric collector.
Increase collection capacity 50% - 100%.
Conservative air-to-cloth ratio of the Flex-Kleen pulse jet core conversion will result in longer bag life and fan energy savings.
Cost of conversion is one-half to two thirds of new collector.
It can be treated as a maintenance and repair expense rather than an expenditure.
Either top or bottom bag removal available. Top bag removal increases cloth area by eliminating walk-way and permits easier bag change by allowing operator to work on clean side of system.
Reverse air fan is eliminated.
Applicable to single dust collectors or entire plant system.
No duct work change is necessary, nor in some cases do you have to shut down the plant while core replacement takes place.
